The app is available on iOS and Android:
iOS: iOS 16 or later (beta versions are not supported). All models compatible with iOS 16.
Android: Android 8 or later (beta versions are not supported). All compatible models.
- Check that you have enough storage space.
- Check that your internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is active.
The MSCopilot® app is free for patients as well as for the healthcare professionals who monitor them.
Account creation and access
When you open the app, a presentation tutorial is displayed. Once completed, you access the authentication page.
Click “Create my account”, then enter your email address and password, and click “Continue”.
A verification email will be sent to you: you must validate your email address before you can use the app.
On the login page, click “Forgotten password”. Enter your email address, then follow the instructions sent by email to set a new password.

To change your email address or password, please send your request to: contact@mscopilot.com. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Check that your internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is active.
- Check that your email address and password are correctly entered.
- You can click the “eye” icon to display your password and avoid typing errors.
- You can reset your password if needed (see “I forgot my password, how do I reset it?”).

Yes, you can use the app on multiple devices. However, we recommend logging out before switching devices to ensure your data is properly synchronised.
To log out: go to the app settings, then click “Log out”.
Using the app
An internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is required to create your account, log in and synchronise your data.
You can perform tests offline, but you will need to reconnect to the internet to synchronise your results with your healthcare professional’s portal.

For you to send a pairing request, your doctor must already have a validated account on the platform.
Go to the “My medical profile” tab → “My care team”, then click “Add a carer”. Enter the first three letters of the doctor’s surname then send your request.
Once sent, your request will be visible to the healthcare professional, who can accept it to access your results.
For you to share your data with your doctor, they must already have an activated account on the platform.
If they do not appear in the search, it most likely means they have not yet registered. You can mention it to them at your next consultation so they can monitor you via MSCopilot®. Once registered, you will be able to send them a request from the app.
Yes, you can send pairing requests to multiple healthcare professionals simultaneously.
Yes, you can start using the app immediately and your test data will be saved.
Once the request is accepted, all your data will automatically be synchronised with your healthcare professional’s dashboard.
Yes. If you feel too tired, you can stop the assessment at any time. The assessment is designed to handle this situation: it will end correctly and your results will be saved.
The MSCopilot scientific committee recommends spacing assessments at least one month apart. The optimal assessment frequency is determined by the healthcare professional based on the patient's profile.
Managing your data
Your data is stored securely with a host certified for health data (HDS). This means it benefits from a high level of protection, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your data is used solely to provide you with the app’s services and to allow monitoring by your healthcare professional. It is never used for commercial purposes without your consent.
Only you and the healthcare professionals with whom you choose to share your data can access it. No access to your data is possible without your consent.
